Twelve individual subgroups participated in the Breakout Session Activities. Each Subgroup participated in a structured process that allowed for individual participants to contribute to the discussion and development of specific strategies to answer the question:
"How do we reduce auto theft (fraud and rollbacks) in Canada?"
Each subgroup presented their top three priorities to address this question. There were 36 priorities presented with strategies to implement.
Of the 36 priorities presented, seven categories emerged.

Amend the Young Offenders Act to address repeat offences (including Parental Responsibility Act)
Sanction multi-jurisdictional task forces
